Great friendly venue, my massage eased out some of my longstanding knots and the masseuse was very knowledgeable. Will be going back for sure.

I had a Deep Tissue Massage from Laura. I was warmly welcomed and offered water. We sat down and she asked questions about any medical history/injuries relevant before the treatment. I was also asked on about my expectations and what pressure I would like. Laura was patient, sincere and interested - I did not feel rushed at all. The deep tissue massage was great - Laura was careful to explain her approach, what she was doing and checked in with me throughout. I have a lot of knots, tension and suffer from pain due to a
musculoskeletal condition and regularly have massages/physiotherapy. She really helped me and I have booked in again for a follow up treatment. She offered me post-treatment advice and was very kind.
The room was very hot with the weather we had. If I was to make an improvement, I would suggest that there be an alternative to using the thick microfibre fleece blanket on top of my trousers as I sweated right through. Most places ask that all clothing except underwear is removed prior to treatment but I was asked to keep my trousers on and covered with a thick blanket in a room with no air con and on a day when it was over 30 degrees.
