The location is awesome and convenient to get to from Fulham station. Vera is wonderful and chatty, she stepped in to do my nails as the other therapist did not arrive (I am not sure what would have happend had the salon been busy). My manicure was beautiful but my pedicure was warped by that evening (gel application) which is something I would not have expected. Overall it was great and I would go back, dispite the hiccups mentioned above.

They are always very warm and welcoming. Eyebrows are a delicate affair, especially tinting - she listened to my concerns and the outcome was great.
