I called up to reschedule my appointment the man on the phone was happy to reschedule and then someone interrupted him (once he had confirmed the new date and time) to say I wasn't allowed to reschedule - very annoying.
Also annoying that they do not state that removal of shellac is not included in the price (like many salons do) and I had to pay an additional £10 on the day therefore, what I thought was originally a great deal turned out to be just as expensive as other (better) salons.
The lady doing my nails was nice and she did a good job however I don't think I'll be returning given the original confusion with the whole rescheduling of the appointment.
Also the selection of polish colours are limted
