The therapist who did my waxing was very thorough and professional. However when I turned up she told me that the person who does electrolysis does not work on Thursdays, even though it was available to book on the site - and again later when I went to rebook somewhere else, it was still offering appointments for Versace. The therapist showed me a text the owner sent to her to call me, but she gave her a wrong number to call, so I wasn't informed. Really poor service from the owner. And acutually very annoying as I wanted to get both treatments done in the same place, and as Versage was closer - but not cheaper - i opted for this one. I ended up having to find somewhere else to get the electrolysis done, where I could have got the waxing too - and Cheaper. I won't be back
