The massage itself was OK, but the room is too small for treatments, the overall level of cleanliness is quite poor and there is no ambience. Unfortunately, there was a loud ticking clock in the room, there is no sound system in the room so the door is left open to reception to allow the music to drift in - along with the telephone and conversations in the main space. I wouldn't go again, nor recommend it.

I booked for 10am, last minute, grateful I could get a slot. When I arrived a sign on the door said they’d be open for 11.30. Reorganised my morning, and called at 11.30 to check they’d be open or could reschedule my booking. I couldn’t get through, twice. I headed back for 12.15 hoping in the extra time, they’d be open. It’s now 1pm and they’re not open or answering calls. It’s a shame, I wanted to try their service; I’m new to the area!
Your feedback system is insisting I rate the venue, but this feels unfair — I haven’t experienced it to know !
