I love christina!! Shes so sweet, kind and professional.. I always book my appointments with her as i feel her mani and pedi last very long and she takes good care of her clients.. very pleased with her work

The staff was very nice, they greeted me, offered me a coffee, they were punctual and efficient. The salon in fantastically located just a step away from South Kensington tube station which for me was super. The manicure was good although it chipped earlier than I expected, but maybe I was really careless. I’ll try to go again and see :)

The salon itself is very smart although it was empty. My therapist was not very friendly, her mannerisms were abrupt and although I don’t care to chat she seemed particularly disinterested and it felt awkward to ask her to be a bit careful with my sore cuticles. A girl came in to enquired and she barked that they were fully booked and closed on Sundays so the girl left in a hurry. I was out in 30 mins so I didn’t feel the care was taken properly for a gel mani. I had to ask for an extra coat as the colour wasn’t solid and she cut my nails down too much without asking. I tried this as it’s near my gym and I had a voucher but it’s not worth more than a tenner extra compared to my usual place professionail in Fulham who do a stellar job in a great environment. Friendlier staff needed and a glass of water being as I’m 7 months pregnant would have been nice.
