Great location, very nice inside and great selection of polish colours.
I booked for my friend a gel manicure and myself only for a pedicure. Also our first time there.
However, Treatwell made a mistake, how I don’t know, but booked us for both mani/pedi each. I told the girl at reception this was incorrect and have to admit her response was abrupt telling me, ‘well I booked a whole 2 hours out for you what am I supposed to do’. I said I’m sorry but it’s not my problem, Treatwell messed it up and then showed her my booking. She was very polite to me after seeing I wasn’t lying about the booking. In the end we decided why not get a mani/pedi each. This was meant to be a fun day, so we let it go. But we can’t deny we were put off from the beginning already.
I’m writing this review a day after our treatments. Whilst in the end everything turned out fine on the day, today my nails are already chipped. Very sorry to say I wouldn’t recommend for nails. But I did like the venue and would try the facial treatments.
