I booked a luxury pedicure and BIAB extension manicure, but received poor service throughout. Staff argued with each other, clients and management, equipment was broken/shared, and the salon lacked basic supplies. My booked technician was absent, and I was told the replacement had never done nails before. My BIAB has flooded cuticles, is lifting after one day, and looks nothing like requested. The manager refused to resolve the issue.

I went for the Luxury Pedicure with normal polish which included spa foot bath, scrub, moisturising foot massage, hard skin filing, pedicure and polish. Lydia was friendly, professional and thorough. Really pleased with my nails and my smooth feet!
