I came here for a pedicure, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. It was such a hot day, and they kindly offered me a complimentary Coke and biscuits, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also served cold strawberries, and they were absolutely delicious!
The service was exceptional, and everyone made me feel so welcome and comfortable. It's clear they go above and beyond for their customers. They've truly taken customer service to the next level. I won't be going anywhere else

I came to Vera for my nails because my usual salon on George Street, where I've been going for the past 7 years, was fully booked. I'm so glad I did! The whole team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I had such a great experience. From now on, I'll definitely be coming here instead. Thank you so much to the amazing team!

Bahar explained the process in detail,advised that picolaser might be an option too which I appreciated as I was quite apprehensive about it before since I didn’t know much about it! I had a lovely coffee whilst I was waiting for the numbing cream to sit and then we started with the saline removal, she went over the eyebrows 3 times each and really concentrated on the parts that needed some more effort! She also gave me some tips on my skincare which I LOVED! Thank you so much Bahar xx
