I was first given an appointment at 2pm, then got a call to come at 5pm, which was fine. I got there 5mins early, only to find nobody at the desk! I waited until 5.10 and was getting inpatient, so I went down the hallway and knocked on a few doors to get some attention. The lady came out and said I had to wait another 10mins because they were busy!!! Finally someone came and took me to my room and I had my massage which was good. I was very disappointed that while I was waiting, no seats were available for me to sit on as they were occupied. There was no water in the water machine or coffee! Very bad customer service. Oh and they didn't even make me fill out any forms as a first time user of their service
