I am seriously disappointed with my time here, I’ve been using a therapist to do a full body laser, who knew exactly what she was doing she has now left the workforce and things since then can not come right, I’ve been burnt, in pain, large bumps all over skin which never happened before. All I’ve got is apologies and another therapist but I’m not happy.

I only went for a consultation but I felt the employees are not very knowledgeable about PRP. The information I asked I didn’t get a satisfactory answer. They were more keen on selling their product without even understanding what my requirement is.
