Extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism here. I’ve now been given an appointment three separate times, and on each occasion it was cancelled or I was told to come back another day without any prior notice. I’ve made the effort to attend all three times, only to be turned away for different reasons. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Please ensure that appointments are properly managed and that patients are informed in advance if there are any changes. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed and a confirmed appointment arranged without further inconvenience.
After the repeated issues with my appointments, they eventually considered offering me a refund for £150.
