The lady who did the facial was manju she was friendly.

The things i paid £160 it wasn't complete facial step-by-step it was very quick she finished in about 20 to 25 minutes and I'm not sure if she use any products on my skin i didn't feel anything on my skin,there is no difference on my skin i can fell it!

I had facial from different places so I know what hydra facial and the steps it was bad experience for me and west of money.

Due to repeated interruptions from colleagues, the doctor was under pressure to finish the session sooner than he would have liked.
I had to ensure the correct product was delivered as it was discussed with the doctor verbally.

The treatment was okay but not like what I am accustomed to receiving from Manju. I also didn’t like that I was not offered a choice to choose who is doing my face. I was looking for a thorough face massage like what Manju gives but I didn’t receive that and so I was not as pleased as per my other visits.

It has improved since last time I was there , a good welcome from the front desk personnel, the treatment was ok , manju was extremely nice very professional and knowledgeable
