The salon is clean, tidy and the staff are friendly. I had my SNS taken off and replaced. The take off was great - no issues there. The replacement however had many corners cut. My cuticles weren’t trimmed, which means the powder is not as neat as it should sit on the nail. The technician also didn’t do a base layer of SNS powder before using the colour powder. She didn’t really file down the powder either so it’s very thick compared to how I’ve had SNS done before. Overall I’m not dissatisfied with my nails but I’ve had SNS done for 4 years now and I know what should be done as part of the process.

My pedicure was absolutely amazing. My feet were in really poor condition having not had a pedicure for awhile and the young woman really took her time and care. She even cleaned the nails fully with a machineand put a lot of effort to make them short and very neat. It was amazing what she achieved in 30mins, it's like I have new feet. The salon was also very clean and definitely more so than when I've visited before, so that aspect has definitely improved. The new massage chairs are also great.
