I was late for my appointment by 20 mins but i wasnt able to call but my therapist, Rahud, postponed her lunch to wait for me. I felt really bad but she reassured me. She did a fantastic job on my eyebrow threading and my last lift and tint, i have never had the tint before but she made the process as smooth as possible. Will definitely come back again to this hidden gem.

The lash lift seems good, but not sure if the tint was done. Atmosphere isn’t that relaxing (room smells a bit funny) but it is good price so can’t expect much
I booked for eyebrow tint. Instead I was given a thread. I questioned why no tint and apparently it was a my fault for not specifying (even though I booked online). I hadn’t had a tint here before so when she started threading I thought she was just tidying before the tint. She said after she could do the tint but I would have to pay £7

I had a gel infill with a lady who particularly had no idea how to do it, I had two missing nails and how they look now it’s a disaster. Like a clow. I had to guide her how to do it even. Gel is thick and looks disgusting. After some time 2nd lady joined so she had more idea what to do but still overall, shape and thickness is unaccaptable. And it costs 32£!!! This was a joke, for 35£ u can have professional manicure
