Went for spray tan patch test and was turned away as the spray tan person was not at the salon. As I had already had a spray tan recently the staff said there would be no need for one and was told to arrive the day of the spray tan. A few days later I turned up to have my spray tan and was told the machine had stopped working so they cancelled my booking. I had travelled an hour from my home to get this treatment and also had planned to get this done the day before my holiday.. Very disappoing
