The work is always really good, nails look amazing, but the communication could be better sometimes e.g. letting clients know how long they'll be waiting, especially when they’ve booked an appointment rather than a walk in!

Quick and efficient wax. Staff are friendly but was asked what wax I was booked in for in front of the whole nail salon which I didn’t feel comfortable with having only specified a wax and was pushed to say more detail. Place could be cleaner.
