Had my second hot stone massage with Miriam today. Amazing. She is so intuitive and finds all the knots and aches. Have been having the best sleep ever since I first went. Would highly recommend a visit.
This afternoon, I attended the VAS Centre in Little Stanion. On arrival I was offered a drink and then filled in the paperwork to confirm if i have any health conditions or allergies, I then discussed with Miriam the types of massages and particular areas of my body to work on. I found Miriam to be very knowledgeable and her general wellbeing advice very reassuring, The massage itself was fantastic and really hit the spot. I left feeling like a new man, the tight and aching muscles, completely relaxed, no longer tight and aching, I felt more awake, alert and alive. Thanks you to the VAS centre for the warm welcome and thank you to Miriam for a fantastic massage, look forward to seeing you again soon for my next one,
I was booked a massage as a Mother’s Day present and it was the best gift. Miriam is absolutely incredible! I have never felt so good walking out of a massage. She found all the pressure points that needed work and worked wonders with releasing them. She is incredibly skilled at what she does! I really can’t recommend Miriam highly enough, she is fantastic and I’m so pleased I found her.

Thank you for the outstanding service Katalin provided me for my pedicure. I have been suffering with a very traumatised foot for many years and her service made my feet feel refreshed again. Highly recommend VAS Centre to those who suffer with problems with their feet and I will be returning in the future. Thank you once again VAS Centre.
