This was my first experience of any type of facial treatment. Lenuta made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The treatment was incredible and I felt so much better. She gave me lots of advice regarding products to use at home. I highly recommend her and the VAS Centre.

I can’t recommend Miriam Ostrovska enough. I’ve never had trigger point and hot stone massages before but I’m already feeling the benefits with reduction in migraines, headaches, reduction in shoulder, neck and back pain. I look forward to continuing to work with Miriam and I know this will form part of my chronic pain management plan 💓
