At VAS Beauty Centre I had the privilege to attend on Miriam’s workshop last Sunday. I have two spinal hernia and she explained and showed me and everyone personally how we can get the best result from the exercises and how to do them. She teaches us how to look after our body between massages, self massage, At the begging she asked us to bend over to touch our toes, then stand back up straight. I couldn’t do that without my hands on my legs to help straighten my back. At the end of the session she asked us to touch our toes again, and to my surprise I did stand up without any help. It is a huge thing for me and now I know how it feels to live with less pain. She was very professional at the workshop. Explained how our body work, and with the exercises how we can move more freely, and have less pain. I can recommend her workshop and massage knowledge for any issue. Very impressed with the service, I have done my research before using the nail place and realised that the quality of the products is very good and when I say good take it from someone who knows. The lady Katalina is such a professional with attention to details I am going to definitely be doing my manicure and pedicure here from now on with the hand treatment which came as a gift I have only experienced the paraffin treatment in a salon in Lagos Nigeria but to discover it here is amazing I will definitely recommend this place for people who really love taking care of their nails and more Price can’t be beaten as it’s even cheaper than Town and Kettering Try them and tell your friends I sincerely recommend them This by the way is my true and honest opinion Still don’t understand why people are missing out Irene
