Jess was amazing, gentle chin and lip wax, minimal pain which is expectational. Whilst removing hair from the root I was pleasantly surprised re-growth can come back for me within days/week but her amazing skill f her craft hair didn't grow back till well after 2 weeks. Jess was also friendly and professional putting me at ease as it was the first time attending that salon.
