I was initially running a bit late but notified the salon about this and they said it's a no problem. However, when I got there I had to wait for at least 15-20 mins. Other than that, I am content with the threading.

The male hairdresser was fantastic and gave me an amazing cut, blow dry and colour. Cannot fault him at all!
However, as I sat in the chair, the owner explained that I would have to pay £10 more as my hair was ‘extra long’ (it is above my waist) This would’ve been fine by me, however when I booked the service and even now there is still NO option for extra long otherwise I would definitely have picked it. I picked Long Hair which was the most expensive option available. I explained this to her and she said she needs to update it on the Treatwell site and I replied that’s your problem not mine!
Anyway, I held my ground and at the end of my blow dry when I got up to leave she did not proceed to ask me for the extra money. This makes me think she was just ‘trying it on’ to see if I was a pushover and would give her the extra £10!
Other than that the rest of the experience was good for the price and the male hairdresser is great.
