Worst haircut of my life, would not recommend this place to anyone. They refused to refund me but offered an Olaplex treatment instead, which I declined because I don't want to go back there.
Treatwell were helpful in liaising with the salon about my complaint, but can't insist that the salon refunds me.
- The hairdresser cut in layers that I did not ask for. I am growing out my hair to donate it and I do not want to lose length. I told this to the hairdresser before he cut it.
- Burnt my scalp with a hairdryer which had smoke coming out of it. I told him it was burning my head but he carried on using it until another hairdresser told him to stop. Then used another hairdryer that was less hot but held together with gaffer tape.
- Burnt my face with the hot barrel brush. I told the hairdresser it was too hot and he stopped using the barrel brush.
- Did not ask where I put my parting (the side) but put a wonky one in roughly in the centre.
- Asked how long I wanted my fringe cut. I don't have a fringe.
- When washing my hair, asked about the temperature, to which I said I wanted it warmer, because it was too cold. Temperature was not adjusted - I just had a cold hair wash.
