Lohan has been cutting my hair since May and he's great. He does exactly what I ask, every time. But when I wanted suggestions on style and hair care, he gave excellent advice and recommended me some life changing products. He's so lovely and I won't go anywhere else now.

My hairdresser could not speak English. He couldn't get hot water so they had to boil the kettle and use that to rinse conditioner out of my hair. There was no working light in the bathroom so I had to use it with the door ajar as I was quite desperate to go. I was told they were having problems with the electricity... fine, I can deal with all that, and the other staff were very friendly.
I usually have my hair straight, but I wasn't asked how I would like it blow dried, so the hairdresser put loads of curls in the ends. I couldn't speak to him to ask him to do it straight as he didn't speak English. It looked nice I guess, but didn't really suit me, and the curls at the end hid the fact that the cut is wonky.
I have washed and straightened my hair today and can now see that the cut is really wonky at the back. The front is okay, but the back is not straight, it looks like someone has just hacked at it. I'm obviously quite upset as it looks ridiculous, and to fix it I will have to have my hair cut again, and it will obviously have to go shorter than I want. I would like a refund. Happy to provide photos of my hair if necessary!
