Perfect eyebrow threading but haircut felt rushed. Fairly cheap though and the salon was very busy. Lovely and friendly staff.

Very bad service. The service was delayed for 25 minutes and finished earlier for no reason. I asked them to extend the time as I paid for it for an hour. But they said no. Btw , the therapist can only speaks Portuguese, know none words of English. We can’t even communicate. The massage oil they used it as the After wax oil. Smells bad and unprofessional. Cold room doesn’t have heat. Whole envyjust really bad also. Doesn’t suits to be open in London. I’m a very unsatisfying customer. And I’m a qualified beauty teacher in school. I can tell that’s a very unprofessional salon and workers. Wish to get my refund.
