I came to have an LVL lash lift here today and was extremely disappointed with the results. I’ve had this treatment done about 5 times before at different locations so I know how my eyelashes respond to this treatment and what they should look like. The staff were friendly but the therapist either had no idea what she was doing or had been given very poor quality products to work with. Either way my lashes didn’t get the desired look despite her trying twice. I literally have picture comparisons as to how they usually look versus the results I got there and even prior to her starting I showed her pictures of what I wanted and how they usually look but still they failed to satisfy me. I kindly asked for a refund and was refused one - appalling service.
