As always, the staff are friendly and the manicure was well executed. Their card payments are working again and they charge a reasonable (not extortionate!) fee for gel removal which is good. No complaints!

Overall experience was ok. My first therapist spoke very little English which caused initial issues, not great when you're having 4 treatments. Brows were mostly tweezed rather than threading, results good just not what I booked. Waxing was good aside from the therapist kept telling me to have a Brazilian wax when I didn't want one lol. Wasn't offered a drink, was there for 2 hours & had to ask for one. Lash lift is excellent. Wouldn't go back as lack of customer care, could've been an off day.
