So I chose this place as it was the closest to my work and it was a bit of an emergency. Everyone in the salon (workers and clients) spoke Portuguese to each other and I felt a bit out of place. The lady who did my nails was lovely but spoke no English at all. I found it incredibly awkward sitting for over an hour without talking. I don’t think my nails are all the same shape and length. Overall, a pretty underwhelming experience for me.

Iv been here couple of times for hair treatments and the stylists have always done a good job but this time I came for a hair cut the stylist kaka was terrible at his job, he was just busy talking or shall I say shouting at his colleagues the whole time and looked like he has no interest in cutting my hair, honestly it was very uncomfortable, I just came for a decent hair cut when I got home I was told by a member of my family that they could’ve done a better job, no serum to finish it too

I felt so mistreated and so upset after leaving the salon.I asked for a curly blow dry and ended up with straight hair which I had to pay £30 for. They offered to fix it with the wand but honestly, I can use the wand at home. My hair looked awful when I left and no one even offered to fix it despite everyone being sat around. When I gave feedback the lady started screaming. No discount or refund. I am never coming back, I was ripped off. Ester was amazing and a shame she works in this place
