It was my first time colouring my hair and I was nervous about the outcome but they were all so nice and friendly and reassured me everything time! They were also very accommodating and spent a lot of time and effort on my hair. Thank you for making my first experience wonderful.

I booked 2 toes in Acrylic thinking I would get nail polish on all the time nails but the person explained would have to upgrade to the 30£ plan happily accepted but at the end I had to pay Extra 30£ + 15 I had already paid. So that was a misunderstanding because for 45£ I would have like a full set acrylic on my toes that was what I was there for and should have been identified better because as it turned out I paid for a Callus peel that I wasn't bothered about and my R ft wasn't done properly
