My appointment was over 20 mins late. I had to ask when it would be as I was working from home. I would expect to have received an apology when I first walked in. Then when my appointment finished, I came to pay and the receptionist (who already knew I was late for a meeting) was on the phone ordering a salad. Not the best first impression.
