A very uncomfortable treatment. The foot spa bath was placed on the treatment bed, I had to place my feet in the bath when sitting up on the bed. When I told the therapist it was very uncomfortable, she agreed the position could be improved. There was wire on the bed it didn't flow or work. The treatment wasn't relaxing bit of let down. The therapist was nice and friendly although talked all the way through the treatment. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I was expecting to walk into a spa but really it's a beauty salon. Very misleading as you think your going to a spa because that's what's portrayed in the name. The facial was ok nothing special, no relaxing music was played which spoilt the experience. The overall value is good for elemis but id rather pay that little bit more and walk out satisfied.
Love this place . The staff are lovely and the treatment room is very relaxing
Leah is amazing, she makes you feel really welcome and always does a really good job
