Second time I’ve had the treatment.It included removing the old extensions before putting on the new ones. I asked for advice as to whether to go for the next treatment up where the lashes stay on longer (and is more expensive) but Leah advised that due to my natural lashes (or lack thereof) the express treatment was preferable. She took the time to make sure they were as I wanted them.On her own initiative a few days before the appointment she had extended the treatment time to ensure there was sufficient time to repeat what she had done the first time as I had really liked it. Fantastic customer centred approach.
