Ladies' Haircuts
When I arrived I waited for 25 minutes whilst the lady finished doing her friends nails. I was told to sit on a stool in the middle of the room which was really awkward. I was spoken to twice and felt uncomfortable and like I wasn’t wanted there. When I finally sat down the process was rushed and the technician left to talk to her friend and take photos. There was no conversation as the staff were shouting across the salon about a pizza order. The nails look good however I was concerned that none of the tools were sanitised instead the same tools were used for the previous client. I was disappointed as this salon looks lovely and I was hoping to find somewhere to get my nails done regularly.
