Not the best experience. I was on time but waited 20 mins to be seen. It seemed as though no one knew what was going on. Did get offered a hot drink. The nail technician was nice enough and kept checking I liked the design. There was one staff member who had a frosty attitude and kept charging clients for additional fees from what they had already paid online. After I'd left the shop I got called back to pay an additional£5
Staff were really polite & friendly. Unfortunately when I left I realised 4 of my cuticles had been bleeding and a day on they are still sore. This doesn’t usually happen with manicures I’ve had in the past. Now I’m a bit worried about infection issues.
Also the polish is coming over a few nails, so I’m not sure how long the manicure will last.
The treading was great, it was quick and I’m really happy with shape. But I don’t know if I will come back to the salon again because of the manicure.
I had the first appointment of the day but still had to wait. As it’s December, they don’t do any offers or accept loyalty points which is ridiculous. Always have to wait and the latest gel polish chipped really badly.
