Further to my previous review…I had an issue with my booking which dud not appear in the appointments ipad. It was for my daughter’s nails 2 days before my wedding day so I was very upset. However i received a phone call of apologies and the offer for the salon to open on the closed off day which is the day before my wedding. As we had her nails done somewhere else I was offered £10 discount for my next treatment. So thank you! I will be back
First time here after many pleasant experiences elsewhere. Felt very rushed, not a thorough job. Will definitely pay the extra and go somewhere else in future.
I had 2 very good experiences at VaVa Voom and therefore booked an appointment to have my nails done for my wedding 2 months in advance face to face when I went last time. Went today for my app. Was told I was not booked in. Looked at my reminder email which only stated 10 mns treatment! Which obviously was incorrect and put incorrectly when O booked it with the lady in the salon! So now need to find a nails technician for my wedding in 2 days! I am fuming!
