Really unhappy. I have cuts around my nails where she kept catching the skin with the e-file. I asked for my nails to be cut shorter but she didn't do it. She also didn't ask me the shape I wanted and didn't check in a long the way to check what she was doing was right. The nail art looks really patchy too. I didn't feel able to say anything as there was a strange moment where all the staff hovered around and clapped her. Really poor experience.
