I'm exploring nail salons and this is a place I won't come back. My pedicure was great so I'll give that a higher rating than my manicure. There were some miscommunication issue on what I paid for even after showing my email confirmation.
I didn't like how they didn't sterilize their tools after witnessing how they cleaned it after my service. I guess it's one of those places where you love it or hate it.

Wasn’t seen for my booked appointment until 35 minutes after I arrived with no update or explanation as to why they were so late. The technician then made me bleed considerably with no apology. There was no thorough cleaning between clients and the same equipment was used for everyone without cleaning. Do not recommend.
