Paid via Treatwell app and used a gift card. From the moment I walked in they made an issue of it and accused me of not paying the full price whilst talking about it with all the staff, looking through my app and talking in their language. They did this until I had enough and left. Pedicure was quick didn’t even clean my nails. Manicure was awful the nail polish was so old they kept using thinner had to be removed. Left with my nails worse than when I went in. Treatwell brilliant in resolving.
