Quality declined since ownership change

I was asking technician questions and they just blanked me multiple times
Also quality of pedicure has declined I thought it was a one off but was not - still had skin peeling off
They don’t have colours as advertised and are changing policy as and when they feel like it. I asked the same person if they charge for take off one week they said no two weeks later it’s yes - lied to my face saying it was due to change of ownership but both times was after the change
Not returning very disappointed
