I showed up to my appointment be told the waxing lady had called in the morning to say she wasn't coming that day. No one had bothered to tell me and I went for nothing. complete waste of time.

Good overall removal, took most of acrylic off however, process very felt very very rushed - filing at end was rushed. Salon was busy but each customer should feel attended to.
