The treatment was very professional and targeted my problem areas, as well as being very relaxing and I was given a shoulder and neck massage as well which was unexpected treat.

Was looking forward to getting a pedicure for the massage chair, ended up getting put on a booth-style seat, no massage chair even though they were available. The place was a bit cluttered, there were nail polish stains on the upholstery, which usually nail salons manage to avoid. I found the pedicure to be well done but found some bad patches on my manicure (and they made me AND my friend's cuticle bleed).

I had seen a previous review from someone getting a take off and tidy up and must admit my experience was more or less the same. When I said I wasn't getting the manicure off the receptionist (a new girl there) just kind of stared at me. I was put in a small corner seat even with the normal tables free. I had a total of 3 technicians throughout so wasn't even given a dedicated technician for my paid appointment.
Now saying that the finished job was grand - the acrylics are off.
