The receptionist was the only pleasant part of the experience. The staff did not wait for me to get unchanged in privacy, she did not explain anything to me as there was a language barrier. Throughout the wax it was very painful and from having this done regularly I know the technique was poor. I left the wax with wax stuck to me, a blood bruise forming and hair still remaining. Will not visit again.
