The staff and Salon were good however my facial and mani/pedi took 3 hours!!! I had shellac and a French so shouldn't have taken that time. the worst part is that the French manicure I had then chipped and as I was going to wedding had to go and buy white nail Polish to hide it. after £+100 I'm very disappointed and won't be going back
