Overall good experience, really thorough. Staff are lovely. Ambiance is a little somber but not terrible. Clean place, close to Hampstead station.

Had a mani pedi. Great service as always. Great selection of OPI and Essie. Very nice and welcoming. Very clean. Been here for nearly two years now and will continue coming.

Place was clean and treatment very good and lasted a long time. Unfortunately there was a problem with a new manager joining that week and there was a bit of confusion on who was going to do what and how. They were also very late and pissed off with each other. Overall good but not relaxing experience as there was tension between them.
