I'm sorry to say it was not a pleasant experience at all, from the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel unwelcome, as though a booking through treatwell didn't count, they were very suspicious that I hadn't paid at the end and made me show them the confirmation email with payment details on it even though in the past my name has been enough. They sent me through to a young man who was clearly inexperienced, didn't understand what I as saying and was very half hearted in his customer service. When I asked where I could hang my bag and coat he pointed to the dusty floor behind the pedicure chair ( the chair looked like it might have one of those back massage thingies in it but if it did I was never offered a massage otherwise it was broken). I had to ask for tap water and when I asked if they had any magazines, I was begrudgingly given a year out of date ripped and grubby trashy gossip mag. The appointment was supposed to last an hour and a quarter and lasted 55 minutes, the pedicure itself was really so so, the water in the foot bath was tepid, he cut my nails really square and unevenly and barely scrubbed my feet at all then offered me a pair of really dirty old flip flops to put on while he painted my nails, luckily I had brought my own!!!
All in all it was a really unfriendly and unprofessional place and I will never go back.

Overall good experience, really thorough. Staff are lovely. Ambiance is a little somber but not terrible. Clean place, close to Hampstead station.

Had a mani pedi. Great service as always. Great selection of OPI and Essie. Very nice and welcoming. Very clean. Been here for nearly two years now and will continue coming.

Place was clean and treatment very good and lasted a long time.
Unfortunately there was a problem with a new manager joining that week and there was a bit of confusion on who was going to do what and how. They were also very late and pissed off with each other.
Overall good but not relaxing experience as there was tension between them.
