Really nice salon, polite staff... I did a simple french manicure, it was good but it lasted 4 days! Next time I will try shellac!

No communication or reassurance given, not only down to language barrier, made to feel uncomfortable and hot wax as requested was ignored for half the time (even when asked during the appointment to stop using strip wax). Would not recommend.

First time I had tried this salon but got a good last minute appointment. My manicure was impeccable and impressed with the range of colours I could choose from. Excellent value for money. This is going to be my regular!

I'm sorry to say it was not a pleasant experience at all, from the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel unwelcome, as though a booking through treatwell didn't count, they were very suspicious that I hadn't paid at the end and made me show them the confirmation email with payment details on it even though in the past my name has been enough. They sent me through to a young man who was clearly inexperienced, didn't understand what I as saying and was very half hearted in his customer service. When I asked where I could hang my bag and coat he pointed to the dusty floor behind the pedicure chair ( the chair looked like it might have one of those back massage thingies in it but if it did I was never offered a massage otherwise it was broken). I had to ask for tap water and when I asked if they had any magazines, I was begrudgingly given a year out of date ripped and grubby trashy gossip mag. The appointment was supposed to last an hour and a quarter and lasted 55 minutes, the pedicure itself was really so so, the water in the foot bath was tepid, he cut my nails really square and unevenly and barely scrubbed my feet at all then offered me a pair of really dirty old flip flops to put on while he painted my nails, luckily I had brought my own!!!
All in all it was a really unfriendly and unprofessional place and I will never go back.
