I loved the location and the actual venue which is very beautiful. The pedicure chair was amazing giving the great back massage whilst having the pedicure done. However I wasn't very happy with the pedicure as the nail polish covered some cuticles and skin around the nail which I had to remove myself. It wasn't huge though, but it wasn't professional either.

Great job this time although the beautician filed my nails roughly and ended up cutting into the skin around some of my nails. Nice enough place for the price and super close to Hampstead station. Hit and miss.
