I was running a little late due to a work meeting overrunning- the staff were all so kind and accommodating about this. They absolutely insisted that I had a full manicure even though this meant they had to stay to finish it after the shop closed. I was genuinely amazed by the standard of customer service!

Not happy. Refill was priced at £12 online but ended being asked to pay £20 at the venue because one nail needed a new nail. Overpriced for basic, standard nails. Won't be going back
