Shellac nails were fine- slightly messily done upon closer inspection but fine. Threading- I'd booked for threading and shellac and when I first arrived this was confirmed. However, after my shellac the owner (I think) simply offered to get my coat and I had to remind him I had booked to have threading as well. He then explained that the only service they offer is hot waxing and I can have that if I wanted (no apology). I accepted and queried with the beautician why they offer threading if the service is not available, and it turns out the woman who usually did it was on holiday. I really think they should have explained that straight away, and should also have let Treatwell know so that people were unable to book this service.
