There was quite a lot of little hairs left after the wax. It wasn’t a clean finish so I don’t feel it was done as well as it could have been, but the staff were lovely.
Customers must have proof of payment on Treatwell otherwise you'll be asked to pay upfront in cash. I forgot my phone, with proof of payment, at home on this occasion and was asked to pay upfront in cash despite having already paid via the Treatwell app. Rather an unpleasant experience especially since I visit the salon frequently.
