i had a bit of a wait because i had an early evening appointment leading up to Xmas. despite the wait, i was given a seat and plenty of time to relax. the staff are very kind and very helpful. highly recommend!

The eyelash perm was very good - I was expecting a tint to be done at the same time, but maybe I should ask if it could be included next time.
I would return again, but without a tint included would not pay £20 for the treatment, as it makes minimal impact without this.
